Wanted to share something our pastor suggested we do. It's a prayer walk around our neighborhood. As my daughter and I walked around the circle in our neighborhood last night, we prayed individually for each of the neighbors. It was GREAT - have prayed before for some of the neighbors when they seemed to need prayer, but what a blessed walk last night. It made me realize what wonderful neighbors we have and have been blessed - very thankful!! As we ended our walk, we prayed for our next door neighbor who just that day, took both our kids out for pizza - just because they wanted to. Reason I share that is - we ended up praying for them and giving thanks for them and all of our other neighbors who have love us in Christ. What a message to remind us, to Love God and Love others as ourselves - there is no greater commandment than these. Mark 12:30 and 12:31.
